Marke Robke and others can someone tell me how to remove the small plastic strainer located before the fuel filter on a 1h 466e engine . Engine is in a 1999 4900 series truck. Read where the plastic cap on the strainer housing covered a check valve but truing the plastic cup does not screw it off. Someone has to know what is going on here. Please tell me.
