Well if you took it to the JD dealership in Baldwin your biggest mistake was assuming they could fix anything. Every dealership they take over in the area slowly gets run into the ground. If they worked on your hydraulics I'd go over it with a fine tooth comb. I took a tractor in to one of their minions for a new hydraulic pump. When I got it back they forgot to put any hydro fluid back in it. Every bolt they touched was only finger tight and falling out. The new pump didn't even last a week before it blew. They took it back and rebuilt it and it lasted a couple months before it blew again. I was told then that it had 2 months left on the warrantee so they'd fix it again but after that I'm on my own. My neighbor took his tractor in as well and had the same quality of workmanship done. As far as I'm concerned they've ruined John Deere around here. I'm considering buying an orange tractor because of them.
