Yesterday morning we had 3/10" rain early. About 1:00 I took in a load of wheat from the day before. He asked if I would be cutting this weekend. He thought about going to the lake but would stay if I had trucks that had to be dumped. I told him to go - I've got trucks to put it in if I cut. I only have one field left.
You sure wouldn't hear that just anywhere. He may not always have the same prices, but for a few cents a bushel I'd rather give him my business than the Coop in the bigger town. They get my money in chemicals. They were also closed all day yesterday. They are getting harder to deal with every day.
