I did some very rough math and I would come out a few hundred below I figured this in at 5 acres with the rent at 250 an acre I dint know what a current price is on that but I did research and figured it was somewhat close same as seed fuel and fertilizer plus fuel cost I think I would need to find more land to come out ahead I will talk to a local farmer that I am very well acquainted with what his idea would be. I have enough tractors the only equipment I would need which would be a good sized disc and planter but we work together to help each other out so I could always use his. Thanks everyone for the help I will keep everyone updated with what happens
