PTO needs to always be at 540 rpm, a little faster might even be better, especially if the pump is getting weak. With distance control on 8, on a moderate uphill grade, kicker should throw the bale over the back of the wagon, break the bale on the back of the wagon, or, perhaps, throw the bale through the back of the wagon, then reset itself. Back off distance control as needed.
