We're about to pick up a Long 610 tomorrow that we traded for recently. It's going to have to have some work done on it. My brother-in-law used to manage a parts counter
for a dealer that handled Long tractors several years ago. He was saying that the Long and the Farmtrac are the same tractor and have a Fiat engine in them.
If that's the case, does anyone know what Farmtrac tractor would be the equivalent to a Long 610? The 6060 looks to be the newer model Farmtrac that is a similar 60HP
tractor but I'm sure that's a newer number on it and not the older one that would correspond to the old Long 610 number. Is it perhaps the Farmtrac 665, which was a 60HP too?
I can find a free Farmtrac parts catalog online but haven't been able to find a similar catalog for a Long online yet, so that we know what part numbers are for the items
we'll need, when we start working on it.

My model "H" even had the old style fronts with plenty of tread. My "L" fronts were mismatched Sears Guardsman snow tires, which I promptly tossed. Well, although these tires were in good shape as far as tread was concerned, they looked real sad. All were flat, but new tubes fixed that. In addition to years and years of scuffing and fading, they had paint splattered on
