That should be 806 in the title.
I've had my 806 for about 28 years. When I bought it out of northern Iowa everything was supposed to work on it along with a good TA.
Well the low side didn't hold like it should, but we never had hard work to do with it, and I was busy with other things and never did anything about it. The high side was good so we lived with it, but the low side always slipped.
Just recently I left the tractor parked for a couple of weeks with the lever on the low side, although I don't know why, I never used it.
A couple of days ago I started discing some weeds and after about an hour of work I noticed I had it on low side and it wasn't slipping at all, which surprised me. I shifted back and forth high to low and it worked perfectly. Trying to figure out why it would do that.
As always appreciate the help - Bob
