Looks like I'll have to build myself a trailer. I need to make a "stuff" trip to Wyoming and can't seem to find a trailer to use or rent. One friend I figured on getting one from sold his, another is going throughba divorcenand his wife won't let him lend it til after. Checked the local rentals and found nothing. So, what do you have? 14k or 20k? 25' or 30'? It will be all aluminum including floor with drive over fenders. Most likely gooseneck. I need to haul a 1030 case at about 12,000 lbs and some hay and other "stuff". My main beams that I have in stock are marginally strong enough, so over 30' is out and 25' would be better from a structural standpoint. It won't get used for many loads a year so for 20k I'll go against my normal and use 3-7k axles spread some so they help carry over a larger span to make the lighter beams work. This trailer will be very light and have an empty wt of around 2,000 for the 14k and 3,000 for the 20k so I'll be within the capacity I need either way.

Sadly though all his efforts seemed to be a waste of time and money as he still couldn''t get the temperamental old thing to run correctly!! If i said that this was a little frustrating for him that would be "conservative" in fact the problem had reduce
