Some questions:
Does it have a creep pedal (Clutch), or just a creep/brake pedal? If going a a good rate of speed, will it lock up the wheels if you slam on brakes? (I know, not the safest thing but I have my lift mechanic here telling me what to type.) Do you have the adjustment on the parking brake to tighten it up?

If both, Should be an adjustment to tighten or adjust the creep pedal up some. This will also adjust the braking part of the creep pedal, and tighten the brakes. Single pedal, Should be an adjustable rod to lengthen to push the MC in some more, giving more pressure.
If it will lock up on flat surface, the adjuster needs to be open up some.
If it has the adjuster for the parking brake, turn it in a couple of turns, use the parking brake a few times and it should tighten up the brake adjuster on its own.
He also said he cant guarantee itll work, nor is he responsible.
