Sounds like the place where I stopped in Byrdstown Tennessee the first time we went down there. We rented a cabin on the lake. I should have had the tires balanced and rotated before we left, but I didn't. There was quite a vibration in one front tire. I found a little shop where a guy did tire repair and general mechanic work. His daughter was washing trucks in one bay. I told him what the problem was and asked if he could just take one back wheel off and swap it out and move it to the front. He asked if I could come back in an hour. We did. When we got back,he asked me again what we were doing. I told him. He took the suspect wheel and tire off, balanced it and rotated them all. When I asked what I owed him,he said, "Aw,seven dollars I guess".
I can tell you from experience what that job you had done would have cost you at the tire store here in town though. I had it done one time. They soaked me $10 per tire to swap rims.
