clutch replacement on Ford 2000

I recently found a nice Ford 2000 at an action.
Since all my tractor experience is on a Ford 9N
I failed to notice that the double clutch wasn't
working properly. The transmission is free when
the clutch is pressed, but the PTO stays locked.
Tightening the clutch linkage doesn't help.

My question. Is it easy to replace the clutch
once the Ford 2000 is split? Does it require
any special tools or tricks?
