Before you split tractor check which hole the pedal is in. One hole lets the pedal be lower when you don't need the PTO, the other hole raises the pedal higher so you can disengage the PTO when pushed all the way down.If you do need to split and remove clutch you would need a clutch set-up tool to set finger height.Your local Ford dealer should have this.
