Yes, just some chrome strips, park lights on the front fenders and thats about the only difference from Ford. It has the Ford 239 engine as well, not the Mercury 255.
And as far as I can tell those are the dangerous rims. The ones that split in the middle. No locking ring on the outside like the bigger 20 inch truck wheels. These are 17 inch as this is a 3/4 or one ton truck. M68 refers to the 6800 pound GVW rating. They used to haul 90 bushels of wheat on these trucks which was well above the rated capacity.
