My tractor rear wheels are fixed with a 44" gap from the inside to inside of the tires. The tires are each 12" wide and leave a track that is 68" from "outside to outside". The planter is currently set to 36". It is a two row planter and each is adjustable inch increments. One of the position "lock down" bolts (right side) is broken off so it would require some additional effort to drill it out before I could move it. The left side still has the bolt head, but that doesn't guarantee I will be able to get it loose. I suppose the best thing to do would to make a few "dry passes" to see if it will work the way it is set up? My 16 tooth plates to do look like they would drop at least 2 kernels, or maybe even 3?
