How much does it take to slip a clutch with a bar? I'm working on a small crawler with a dry clutch. Right now I'm working on freeing up a stuck engine. This one has a drive shaft between the clutch and trany and I've been using a pipe wrench on that shaft to work the engine trying to get it loose. With a 16" pipe wrench on that shaft I can slip the clutch in both directions. With a 2' cheater I can slip it easy. There is clutch free play. Do I need a new clutch or is that normal?
