Those 1450 Oliver/Cockshutts were built in Romania,as were the 1250A and the 1255 same tractor as the AC 5040.The 1265 and 1365 Olivers were built by Fiat directly as was the 5050 AC and parts from the AC 5050 and Oliver 1265 tractors are interchangable with the Romanian built Long 460 same tractors.Look at the parts that are listed at the various suppliers Long,AC and Oliver parts are all grouped together which means they are using identical parts.Ironically the worst of the Fiat tractors were built by Fiat the Oliver 1250 4 cylinders gas and diesel both poor quality engines then Oliver went with the UTB/Fiat design.Same engine and rear designs are being sold today in some Fiat owned New Holland tractors.I swap parts off Long,AC and Oliver tractors all the time BTW.Same starter will fit the 3 and 4 cylinder Longs,MM,Olivers and AC Fiat built tractors, have a steering assembly off an Oliver 1365 on my Long 460.Getting ready to put a front end off a UTB 550 on my 2WD Oliver 1365 because its a lot heavier built front end than the Oliver came with.
