Hello All,
I just purchased a Ford tractor and I'm not 100% sure what model I have. I know it's not an 8N. My tractor has the following:
3 speed transmission
Appears to be blue belly with white top
No Ford script on rear fenders or hood
Grill badge has ford oval with Ferguson System underneath
Axel serial number is 2N
Engine serial number is 9N
Ignition key on left side of steering column
I don't think it's ever been repainted and it's still a 6 volt system. Most everything appears original other than headlights and work light on rear fender. Distributor is front mount. She's hard starting but the motor has great compression and sounds really good. Would this tractor be a 9N or 2N?
