Lou, sounds like you are getting back into the "Groove" Glad to hear that. We have been heating the living area of the house with the fireplace for about 2 weeks off and on, BUT today I serviced the central boiler, and fired it up. We're supposed to get some measurable snow in the next couple of days. My hard summers work is now going up in smoke HeHe. I filled the woodshed and the pile migrated out into the tractor shed. A bit under 21 cord stacked under cover. Here's a few quick pics from back in Aug. harvesting my firewood, and one of the fireplace last weekend.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
