Well I am going to be the devils advocate. You made the mistake my hiring this clown so now you have to be smart, or just eat the money. He did pay back 300 bucks so this tells me he at least has some sense of right from wrong. When I was young I too had money problems. I wasnt born with the correct last name, or fortunate enough to come from old money. Getting started was very rough and bumpy. Add that to a bad marriage or Two and money problems come a calling. If you have ANY odd jobs that he could possibly do see if he can work it off. Dont get all fired up on interest. Just be glad you can receive anything at all. Maybe if you take the grown up responsible stand he might look at you and see someone he wishes he could be more like. Lots of young kids have no one to learn right from wrong from. He might be one. Who knows, if you work this right you may get your money back, and make a friend doing it. Push him, and you will make someone who will love to run your mail box, or dog down at night. Al
