this spring we had a jerk do some landscaping for us. we ordered some trees from him he said i need money up front to order trees i have to pay for them when i order them. okay so we gave the low life $ 400 he said i will have them in a week and half or two weeks. the 2 weeks came and went so i called him oh he said they are behind on their orders should be here in 2 weeks tops. well that soon was 4 weeks. i called him again i asked what is going on with my trees he said oh about that i owed telephone company $500 so i took your $400 to pay them. i said you did what with my money? some of the trees finally came. he got the trees planted and said if you pay me $ 600 i will mulch all of your trees (we have 25 blue spruce) and flowers and weed your stuff all summer. he also had me get some mulch he wanted a tandam axle dump truck load it will all be used and that might not be enough i got 10 yards he didn't use hardly any. he then told us i am having money problems and had to get a job but i will pay you back after i get a loan. well no one will give him a loan. but i will pay you back $200 at a time about $600. he did pay back $ 300. Mrs 730 sent a text saying with interest you owe us $500 when on friday will you pay us he sent her a text calling her a greedy b and a hole go to hank if you brother me any more i am calling police. well i already called the police. they don't seem to be interested with all the bs that goes on in freeport with shootings drugs ect. what do i do next?
