I bought a front axle from a White 2-105 yesterday that came in to the crusher. I put it under my Oliver 1600 today. This one's got the welded center brace like my 2-135 has instead of the round one that has the big nuts on the front. It's got the better hubs and seals too. I was constantly taking wheel bearings out of the old one,had broken two spindles and the center steering arm over the years. It was set way out for wide rows and liked to catch poles in the hay barn and scuff along the other bales when I'd go to get them out. This one's set way in for narrow rows. Made a whole different tractor out of the old horse.
