wow !!!thanks!!!,,,,im taking notes....i believe i have drum brakes...(i think you called them out board dry brakes) i hired a honest mechanic because the machine would not stop,,,,scary!!....found out the shoe's were new but the axle seals had leaked all over them,,,,he replaced the seals. cleaned the shoes and im up and going,,,who ever put time/money in to putting new shoes on it should have spent the four dollars on seals !!!,,,i will ask him for shur if i have dry brakes....i believe he said dont over fill transmission or i will get fluid on the clutch and wont be happy,,,,,so i think i have a dry clutch system,,,,he's going to stop over for free and show me were the plugs are that shows the fluid level maximum height,,,i will pick his brain more,,,,,he is in such high demand its just hard to get a minute with him ,,,,and yes it has a 3cyl, diesel engine ....they say i got a "good one" because it starts right up,,,,no cranking,,,,no starting fluid....i replaced the bulbs in the instrument panel and the one under fuel stay on all the time,,the one on the left not the generator on the right,,,it flickers when you crank it over but goes out when it starts,,,,,,,the tac was jumping all over so i took and put 3 in 1 oil down the cable sleeve that's why i had instrument panel out, what is the red light on left any ways??? it goes out if you shut key off but that shuts down the gauges to
