OT but the last resting place of the cat is at the edge of a field.
Neighbor told me this: Woman hit a cat with her car, stopped, picked up the unconcious cat and put it in the back seat of her car. Went to a near by truck stop and asked about getting help for the cat. Neighbor's son was there and walked out to the car. Looked in the car and saw the cat was a bobcat. Horrified, he told the lady all the bad things that could have happened if the bobcat had waked up. He took the bobcat and put it in the back of his truck which had a cover on it. Drove home(3 or 4 miles), got someone to help him, drove to a field and finished off the cat which was occasionally twitching.
