I'm gonna stick my neck out here and say that I've probably dealt with a exponential factor more glow plugs than you and have NEVER seen one Ohm out at 90 Ohms.
Almost without exception there are either "open" or "good".
A GREAT way to check them is with an Ammeter that can be connected in series with each individual GP or a clamp-on Ammeter that will read DC Amps.
When powered, prechamber GP's typically draw between 8 and 20 Amps.
When checked in that manner, the good ones will read similar Amps for a given system, and the open ones will read ZERO Amps.
As far as removing them, sticking in the threads is typically not an issue, it's the ones that expand/blow open at the tip as they fail and would rather break off in the prechamber that you have to worry about.
