Although it is a true marine engine, not a conversion, it has a three speed transmission with a foot operated cone clutch. Whatever would you need a trans like that on a boat?
I can't tell anything about the decking or the cockpit layout other than the steering wheel was on a bulkhead over the rear of the engine. The rest of the upper wood and most of the ribbing is rotted away. Again, thanks. Dave
