I was told once that if a factory has to have a help wanted sign its means something is wrong. If you watch there are places that don't ask for help and have good workers. But unfortunately you are right a lot of factories are looking for help because of working conditions cheese factories and dairies are big ones it was hard for me to figure out and all farmers will say so what but a lot of people will turn down a job because they have to work the weekend if it wasn't for that they could get help unfortunately cows got to be milked. Also the day of good leadership is gone in some of the poorer factories leadership has risen not by merit but the ability to say yes at the right time and knowing how to blame someone else for your problems I'm just glad i only do it part-time anymore. The scary thing to me when people don't want to work the weekend whats going to happen at nursing homes and hospitals ?
