Something i was thinking about the other day. Working in a factory everything is provided for you tools, machines , the product to work on they even provide health insurance they set aside money when you get old and can't work even the toilet paper is provided. What this got me wondering is about supervisor and bosses and there ideas about the labour force. It almost seems to me that the caring and support young people needs is gone because why should you care about your fellow workers they can simply hire another one. I noticed this where i work older workers or workers that are capable are pushed to do more while the lazy ones get the easiest jobs and the attitude is if you don't like it leave we well get someone to replace you. I know they are pushing me to unload trucks 500 boxes an hour how many at age 60 can unload and stack 500 bales an hour when i was younger i could but now its different and in the mean time people in there 30 's get jobs stocking shelves a lot easier. When i farmed i hired everyone from there 80's to teenage kids i balance the work out tractor driving to the older ones hay bales to the younger ones it took mentoring in the case of the younger ones but all went on to succeed in life. Where is this mentoring done in the homes anymore does anyone do there chores?
