Before you rebuild the carb, make sure the problem isn't lack of fuel to the carb. Turn off the gas at the sediment bulb, remove bulb, turn gas back on- you should have a steady stream of gas coming out of the tank. If its just dripping, inlet is partially clogged and you're not getting enough gas.
