Reading the responses to Geo's control function post, it occurred to me that there is a lot of computer knowledge on here. So here's my problem: I do a lot of form-type documents in my business, and set them up using a function where you put a little gray box wherever you want to put in new information (name, date, etc.). To do a form, you started at the top of the document, hit F11, and it would take you to the first box. Put in the info, F11 again to get to the next box, and so on. The problem is, my computer crashed when the power went out, and I lost that function. I do remember it was hard to find when I got my new computer- it had become a "legacy" feature. But now, I can't find it at all. Does anybody know how to get to it, so I can put it on my tool bar again?
