Ford 4500

I am looking at buying a Ford 4500 industrial tractor. It has a gas 3 cylinder motor. The owner wasn't able to provide very much information, but it runs well. Can anyone tell me more about this tractor. Years they were made, any problems to be concerned with, availability of manuals, etc.
