I called the dealer because I wanted him to know he had help that was incompetent. The teck could never get the miles on sticker to be 3k more.
I also learned never trust someone to work on my vehicles. And if I let dealer do some work, I'll double check it. I'll do all my service work in future unless I buy another new vehicle. Then I'll let dealer do service work, so dealer has no excuse if something needs fixed.
