jim i grew up and lived in delaware county south of philly and never really thought about the weather or where it came from i only knew that it was natural. one day i am at my then land lords paying the rent on my building. of course the subject of the weather came up and he shows me the 3 major tv networks weather reports and all 3 were different from each other and i mean major differences. these maroons cannot reliably predict the weather a week in advance let alone decades in advance
