Thanks for all the replies. I always learn something when I post a question or two and I sure appreciate all the knowledge out there.
To answer a few things, this is a diesel and I didn't read any voltage moving the plow up and down. This truck/plow combination has worked perfect for 10 years until I started having problems a couple years ago. So I know something has to be slacking off in the electrical loop here. I got new batteries in August, Motorcraft like I took out.
The problem I have is that I have a tough time starting the truck the morning after I plow for a while. A few times in the last couple weeks I plowed for an hour or an hour and a half and the truck would not start the next day. That never happened before. And I can say that the way I plow and what I plow has not changed much since I started with this truck 12 years ago.
I put a post out on this awhile ago and someone mentioned maybe the plow motor is drawing too much juice, I am starting to wonder if that could be right. I have not plowed for a week or so and everything seems OK, the truck starts fine. I have to get on the Boss Plow website at some time and see what that motor is supposed to draw.

Cylinders are the reason for the hydraulic circuit. They take the fluid power delivered from the pump and magically change it into mechanical power. There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
