'Here" 24 acres is either $150-280 an acre rent to a farmer for row crops (corn/soybeans) or make hay and sell for a few thousand a year or if really steep rent out for beef or horse grazing, 45 cents a head per day cattle would be $20 a day while grass is growing or big bucks per month for putting up with horse owners.
And you pay property taxes per acre to reflect good income, so you best be using the acres for something productive.
It must be different where you are if you just mow it like a giant lawn, we aren't rich enough here to do that. :)
Anyhow, so you have about 4 different directions mentioned there, and each one I would pick a different tractor to use for each direction.

It would appear you are wanting a fairly new tractor, which we have experience with here, but we all tend to suggest older stuff because this is an older tractor forum.
