If you want your F-R pedals, you're pretty much relegated to newer compact tractors. Nowhere near 70HP. I think you might find up to 50 engine HP in these. Don't know if it's a market thing or a limit of the technology. Bigger than that you start getting into the CVT's.
IH did make a version of the 656 Utility Hydro with F-R pedals instead of the side console speed control, but good luck finding one. Hydros are fairly rare compared to 656's as a whole, and only some of the 656's were made with the F-R pedals. A nice example could run you upwards of $10,000, then if the hydro turns out to be no good that's $5000 down the hole. You could buy a new Deere compact for not much more than that, or a mildly used one for about the same. Go to the off brands and your money goes even farther.
