Simplicity Broadmoor III (1979?) - Buy or Not?

I can buy this small tractor, with grasscutter, rear tiller and front snowblower, for about $1000 US. It has manual lift and shifting, and the implements are all belt driven. The thing looks a bit beat up, but seems to run O.K.

So, would I be making a mistake buying it? Parts hard to get? All those belts a hassle? Is it basically a good small tractor? Any comments at all appreciated.
