All ad removals for owner ads are done automatically through community moderation (flagging). There is no review of the ad by a living person. Before you get all indignant and appalled at how awful that is, remember it's a FREE service. You get what you pay for.
Imagine if ONE flag removed an ad. EVERY ad gets at least one flag from some nutjob that has nothing better to do. There would be no ads on Craigslist whatsoever.
