Being able to angle the front blade will make it a lot handier. The one I built many years ago was manually angled using a center pivot point on the back of the blade with adjustable push arms on each side. You could use hydraulic cylinders to do the same thing. A cheap way to double the outlet would be buying a manual splitting valve. I bought one last year for about a $100.00. More convenient, but more expensive are the splitters that use electric solenoids. I found that I didn't change the angle of the blade that often when moving snow. Whatever you decide, a front blade is far better than one on the back.
