I have my Dads 1949 B JD this tractor was sold new in the late fall of 49 by The Auto Andersen Co at Wheeling Ill it got traded back in that winter as the man that got it new went to a new A and 4 row planter &cult. We were Farming in SE Wi at that time Dad traded a LI in on it. in 53 we moved to NE ill only 10 miles south.in 58 we moved to Madison SD 600 miles Dad trucked most all the mach out before we the family moved in march. dad retired in 78 and gave my the tractor. i used it on Feeder wagon for about 20 years it all restored now. I always said this was my tractor as i started doing field work on it when i was 9 years old. not many can give History like that. I am 77 years old now and that tractor will go to my oldest grandson why the time comes
