Just a friendly reminder . No straps to be used in securing any load with wheels . the use of over center type binder will not be permitted under any circumstance . Also no chain smaller than 1/2 inch grade 120 will be permitted under circumstance. No power unit smaller than a class 8 tractor will permitted to haul any load over 3000 pounds violation of any of these laws will result in lose of privilege to operate any motor vehicle for period up to five years but not less than 10 .
