Only problem I've ever had with E-anything was in my Stihl saws. It softened the fuel lines. But when I replaced them I've had no problems at all. I've even run e85 in my Farmall M. I just needed to open the main jat some and it ran just like E0 in it.
I've been using E10 sine the late 70's. One station had what they called regahol. It was leaded gas when it was still out there with 10% E in it.
