Hi Cory, dunno if this will help but was my experience. Recently did same project on 1962 JD 3010. Maint history was unknown. Was leaking hyd fluid. Ordered bushing & seal kit and new LD shaft from Boling Machine in Oklahoma after being advised to on this site. Bought a couple shim washers from local JD dealer. I think maybe $200 total? Wanted to do it right the first time and be done with it. Pulled out seals, drove out bushings and replaced. I did stop by napa store to buy a seal puller for $10. Only needed one shim washer to shim between yoke and case. They say this is important going forward as well as to have your 3 point arms secured while not in use so they are not flopping around causing additional wear.
