Five years ago I hired a carpenter to update a house we just bought, by week 4 we got to know one another pretty well. One day he shows up with a thermos of tea, herbal tea. Around noon and several trips to the toilet he is walking pretty funny and in obvious discomfort. Whats your tea I ask; stinging nettle was the reply. I am detoxifying my system. But it hurts bad down there. I convince him to ditch the tea and drink several glasses of ice water. I informed him he could harvest all the nettle on the property and not have to buy it on the internet.
