Sounds like you have still some air left in that side. Use a jar and hose to bleed the brakes again. Put some fluid in a clear jar so the hose is submerged. Bleed the furthest one from the master cylinder.
Open the bleeder, and just barely close it. Open the bleeder and push the brake pedal slowly down with you hand, just go all the way down, speed does not matter, and let it up, again speed does not matter.
STOP when you see no more air bubbles.
Close the bleeder. Do it on all cylinders. You may need help to see the jar. This will get all the air out. See how you make out, post back....
