Well Guy if you not afraid to leave your e-mail address I could send six pictures downloaded from news links on this topic. The pictures show the rubber treads & even the carrage bolts used to secure them. Four things for certain; it's a horrible mess, all persons involved made fatal errors, somebody will call for more government intervention in our lives & the cops will get off scott free. They shouldn't be cops if they cannot under stand a few simple laws of physics. Every cop has seen a training film on BLEVE's.Some have had 1st hand experience or spoke with someone who has.
