I am new to tractors, and am about to buy a used unit. I have been looking hard at a gas tractor that has 10 hours on a rebuilt engine (still has break in oil in it). I have been told that I would regret buying a gas tractor buy some because they get hot, and aren't as strong. Yet other have told me that if I am only going going to run the tractor 2 times a month at the most, and plan to run it in the winter(and I do to load manure out with)a gas tractor would be a better bet. What advice could a seasoned tractor person give me regarding this decision? I am looking at a MF 165 with a loader.
