That would be synthetic enamel, about as low as you can go with paint. It will scratch easily and fade fairly fast. I have used hardner in synthetic enamels but I didn't think it made a big difference. The next step up is acrylic enamel, this is what CIH and Cat OEM paints are. It is better than synthetic enamel, especially with a hardner but it is still a soft paint and will fade. Next you go up to urethane paint which gets very hard and even with minimal care and always sitting outside should look good for at least 10 years but with waxing and spending some time inside should last forever. My opinion on paint is that if it is worth painting it's worth buying a quality paint and doing a good job.
