I believe, that's a problem all araound the world, the first Golf(Rabbit ) had been made out of russian steel, they rusted up faster than you can look. And this is the true, american companies, who bought german plant's in the past try to get the american system of working to Germany, but this doesn't fit, we got an other mentality about working, and the Managers didn' realise this. All over the world the management is wrong, not the craftsmen.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
