If you really meant what you said in that quote, you're living on a different planet than the rest of us. Think back 30-40 years ago. Almost all cars, trucks, tractors, construction equipment, etc. used in the USA were made here. Then the morons who run these companies decided to embrace "planned obsolescence". In plain English it means "to make junk that falls apart so that the dumb consumer will come back and buy more junk from us that falls apart...". Look around today. Consumers want value. Value is quality at a price point. They will seek it wherever they can. So they buy from overseas manufacturers. Most cars, many trucks, lots of tractors, and much construction equipment is made overseas and sold here. Our dollars go to everyone else. This can do nothing but destabilize our economy, and in fact, has done exactly that.

Product Review: Black Tire Paint - by Staff. I have been fortunate in that two of my tractors have had rear tires that were in great shape when I bought the tractor.
