seems like they collect if can or else ask and you get it here we sign form and in tsc it automatially exempts tax NOt all stores do tho.this is Iowa. my pet peeve is local or shool sales tax . I feel% it takes tax on 100% of poorer people as they spend all they make . put it on property tax then if i live in 50 thousand dollar house and you live in200k house we pay acordingly
